Q - How does payment work?
You can pay safely through our Visa and MasterCard facilities. After the free trial we will automatically process your card each month and email you an invoice. There are no long term contacts as you can cancel at any time. We don't lock you into set plans, you basically pay for your storage usage as you go.
Q - Will it affect my charges from my broadband/internet company?
Some broadband companies (ISPs) charge for uploads to the internet.
However most modern broadband plans include generous bandwidth allowance and our efficient incremental backup solution will protect your quota.
If you?re unsure of your data allowance, you should check with your ISP.
If you have a large initial amount of data to upload we can send you a USB drive to send back with your data and we can upload it directly to the data centre, which will save you from uploading the first major chunk, yourself.
Q - How much storage space will I use?
The majority of users, the average small business or home office will use between 2 - 10GB of space.
We recommend that you use Quick Backup to backup your important files. You can optionally backup things like your photos, music and videos however do note this will require additional storage space.
If you are unsure of the total size of the data you'll be backing up you can estimate the size by selecting the files and folders in My Computer, right clicking then selecting properties. This will display the size in MB's or GB's, 1024MB is 1GB.
The software will tell you your total storage space used.
Q - Can I set it up myself and is it easy?
Yes. Quick Backup?s first objective is to be simple and easy to use. You can download and install it by yourself in a few minutes. Once installed, just choose the files you need backed up and let the software do its job. Our support area has detailed instructions to help.

Q - What operating systems can I use with Quick Backup?
Quick Backup runs on all versions of Windows (2000 / XP / Server 2003 / Vista / Server 2008 / 7 ), it also supports Mac (Mac OS X v10.x) and Linux.
Q - Do I need a fast broadband internet connection?
Quick Backup will work with any broadband internet connection. If you have a slower connection you can schedule your backups to run overnight or over the weekend.
Q - Can I install Quick Backup on multiple computers?
Our Enterprise plan allows you to install the software on multiple computers, all sharing the same account.
Alternatively you can upgrade your plan to allow multiple computers with individual accounts. Pricing is listed on our signup page.
