Install Quick Backup
Run the downloaded file, follow the prompts, keeping the default settings.
Run Quick Backup and setup your backup
When first running Quick Backup, on the first options screen leave the server and proxy details as is and click next.

Q - Backing up your accounting files such as MYOB and Quickbooks
By default your accounting data files such as MYOB and Quick books are stored in Program Files (eg: C:/Program Files/..)
This means they will not be in your main folder (such us My Documents) that you backup.
To backs these files up you can:
- Move the accounting files into your main folder which you backup
- Create a separate backup tasks for the files
See below for details on the default data file locations:
MYOB:
To check the location of your current data file click File > Open. It will display your current store folder, the file will have the extension .MYO
By default your data file may be stored in C:/Program Files/MYOB.
QuickBooks
To check the location of your current data file click File > Open. It will display your current store folder, the file will have the extension .QBW
By default your data file may be stored in C:\ Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks?
